Romarin house has a terrace with garden furniture. French windows to open plan dining room with superb galley kitchen behind the breakfast bar. Comfortable small salon with a large flat-screen television with English and French channels and DVD player, double aspect stone fireplace, and low stone separation from the dining area. All with tiled floors. The kitchen includes a built-in oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor, built-in dishwasher, fridge, freezer, separate wine fridge. Generous storage and large wooden worktop areas. Small shower and WC on the ground floor.
Open oak staircase to oak floored full gallery with each bedroom off. Master bedroom with double or twin beds plus ensuite full bathroom with both bath and separate shower, WC, and dressing room off. Second ensuite shower room with WC. Smaller double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower and separate WC. Full central heating. Internet access is provided in all areas via free WiFi.
Special features include a magnificent gallery letting roof light into the open plan downstairs dining room with a sitting area off, a Sireuil stone fireplace open on both sides, superb kitchen equipped for keen cooks with a long dividing bar allowing conversation. Upstairs, a master bedroom with both a shower room and also a bathroom with a whirlpool bath, each with WC and a dressing room off the bathroom.
The cottages are rented for a minimum period of 2 nights during low season (4th January – 31st of May & 1st October – 14th December) and for a minimum of 7 nights in high season (1st June – 30th September & 15th December – 3rd January)
Cottage prices include linen, towels, electricity, gas, heating, and changeover cleaning.
Please note all cottages are subject to a tourist tax on top of the per-night price, the tourist tax is charged at €3.00 per adult per night.
