THE PIANO BAR

We are moving towards realising the conversion of the very fine and original former distillery at Le Logis du Paradis into a Cognac and piano bar.

This will be a place where drinks can be enjoyed at certain times of the day.

The distillery was used up until the 1960’s and is a fine example of an un-modernised traditional Cognac double still, fired by solid fuel. It opens on to the swimming pool terrace.

We will announce when this has been completed.
