MG TC

In the 1930’s the initials MG spelt sports car fun for the young and young at heart. The lines of the famous MG Midgets became synonymous with this most British marque and the car became the preferred transport for dashing RAF fighter aces in the dark days of the Battle of Britain. So when in 1945 the Second World War ended, MG announced their immortal TC. This little, already somewhat old fashioned, car swept the United States and popularised club racing there. So the MG TC carries a lot of nostalgic baggage for many families.

Just add a wicker picnic hamper and travel rug and you are right back into a special age of fun motoring. The car is spirited and every kilometre is an adventure.

We suggest that, because of its age, the MG TC offers a specialist driving experience; one for those with some experience of and sympathy for older cars and who will enjoy the challenge of an involving drive with nostalgia in abundance... As with the Citroen 2CV the car is not for tackling long distances, nor using on busy roads, but for transporting you back to a gentler era. Our local roads offer the ideal environment for such time travel.

Once again, do not expect much in the way of weather protection, heating or comforts, nor luggage space. Neither is the MG TC fitted with seatbelts.
